When you drive towards Emneth on Church road passed the church and coach yard, you will come to a sharp right turn with a smaller road going straight on, this road forward is Lady's Drove, drive on approximately 1/4 of a mile passed Hagbech Hall Close, the next turning on the left is ALSO Lady's Drove!! this leads into a enclosed quadrangle, you will find '55' on the far right hand corner, please drive up to the gate there is ample parking inside.
